Single Westminster home sale recorded in late August
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show just one Westminster property sale between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5: a $602,500 transaction that closed Aug. 26, in which sellers Edward and Alison Manion transferred the property to buyers Emanuel Aaron and Brenda Schatz. No street address, square footage, or bedroom/bathroom data was disclosed in the deed. With only one recorded sale, the data does not support a price range, median, or trend comparison for the period; this month's Westminster housing snapshot is limited to the single transaction above.
